This post's title is surely not an overstatement. Every time I make this granola, my mom and I can't stop stealing a few pieces before it even reaches the jar. So, make sure you let it cool someplace out of reach before you gobble it all up.
Perfect to serve with some non-fat yogurt or vegetable milk, or add to your oatmeal or smoothie bowl for a yummy and sweet breakfast.
This recipe is butter-free, refined sugar free, and gluten-free. Super rich in nutrients and fit for just about anyone. Enjoy!
Simple and sweet!
Feel free to make any changes to the recipe, using any choice of nuts or seeds. You can also replace the maple syrup with honey, but I find honey too sweet and caloric and the maple syrup is the key flavor in this recipe.
You can add banana or coconut chips too, but these I recommend you only add once the mix is spread on the tray as a topping.
Enjoy with milk or yogurt for a dreamy breakfast!
