Oats are a staple of healthy foods, being a super-food filled with so many nutritional benefits. They are perfect for any morning and easily adaptable to any taste by merging your favorite ingredients. Usually I just make my oats depending on what I feel like eating in the moment, and sometimes I like to eat them plain, but in this page, I will share with you some of my favorite oatmeal combinations.
This recipe, cross my heart and hope to die, tastes just like a blueberry muffin, though with no kinds of sugar, it definitely is a miracle.
