I've always had a weak spot for chocolate granola and whenever I bought it at stores, I'd feel guilty because even the brands that claim to be "healthy" or "lean" have tons of fat and unnecessary sugar. So, I decided to make my own recipe: one that's much healthier and yummier than any store-bought granola, made with wholesome ingredients.
Completely dairy free, refined sugar free, perfect for most diets.
Also, like most of my recipes, you can switch up most ingredients. I used walnuts, almonds, and hazelnuts simply because they're my favorite, but you can use pretty much any kind of nuts or seeds.
Serve this crunchy and yummy granola as a yogurt topping, mixed with your oatmeal, topping your favorite smoothie bowl, simply with some vegetable milk of your choice, or stick your hand straight in and enjoy the clusters straight from the jar.
