They are soft and the perfect amount of chewy, it feels just like biting into a soft cloud but with an extra yummy chewiness. It's super sweet and I personally love them cold - feels extra fresh.
They're extremely easy to make and made with ingredients you probably already have at home.
These cups are dairy-fee, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free. For a vegan version, try using 2 flax eggs instead.
