Perfect & Easy Vegan Blackbean“Meat”balls

I love having 'meat'balls or burgers ready to eat since it saves up so much time in the kitchen. These are perfect not only in terms of flavor and texture, but also for when you’re in a hurry or don’t feel like spending hours in the kitchen cooking. Just cook some pasta, prep some veggies and throw in these delicious meatballs. Simple and savory, high-key the best vegan meatballs I've had!


What’s amazing is that these don’t even take that long to prep either. Just throw all ingredients into a blender or use a hand blender and done!


You can also shape these into burgers if you prefer. It’s equally versatile and tasty!



*mix 1 tbsp ground flax with 3 tbsp warm water and letting it rest for 5 minutes to thicken


Save then in the fridge for 1-2 weeks in a sealed container, or freeze them if you want them to last longer.
